Payments
Credit Card: We accept debit/bank and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) through our website. Select 'Payment: Credit Card' during checkout. We also accept credit card by phone. Select 'Payment: Phone or Mail' during checkout. $20 order minimum required.

Check or Money Order: We accept personal check, money order, cashiers check and certified bank check by mail. Select 'Payment: Phone or Mail' during checkout. No order minimum.

Groups: If buying for a local group in our District, we can bill you (provided you have included a valid Group Name/ID during checkout) allowing you to give the receipt to your group treasurer to make payment. Select 'Payment: Phone or Mail' during checkout.

Shipping
We ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states) only. No international shipments.

Our website does not calculate shipping rates. Shipping is determined at the time of packing/shipment. Please allow 1 business day for processing before inquiring about the exact fee.

Customers ordering from outside the Cleveland area must call the Office at 1-800-835-1935 between 9 AM - 3:30 PM EST Monday thru Friday for shipping charges.

Groups
If ordering for a Group you must provide a valid Group Name/ID or your order will not be processed. We need either the exact Group Name or Group ID #, as it appears in our system. Help us get your order to you without delay and check the exact meeting name before you checkout on our website:

• Search 'Find a Meeting' in the top navigation.
• In a current meeting schedule.
• Call 1-800-835-1935 between 9:00AM-4:30PM (EST) Monday thru Friday and ask for the Literature Department.
